We recommend a Raw and Whole Prey Diet for every carnivore (every cat!), but we understand that’s not possible or desired by everyone and for every cat.

Here are a few recommendations on Foods and Fountains we are using or have used for our cats or kittens. Whole Prey is easy to add to every cat’s diet, whole or ground up, and Freeze Dried food should always only be a Snack and soaked in water first to prevent Kidney issues due to dehydration. We recommend the same protocol for anyone using Dry Food for any cat - soak in water and use sparingly, it is not healthy in the long run.

Freeze Dried Foods are NOT a complete food for any animal, it can lead to fatal dehydration and kidney failure! Soak thoroughly and only give as Snack!
